Integral Project Features
•Installation of additional landscaping around the equipment enclosure
•Six-foot tall wood fence around the equipment enclosure
•Improving and utilizing the adjacent public alley for installation and
maintenance access.
•Utilizing a faux tree design that is life-like and reflective of a native Pacific
Northwest tree species west of the Cascade Mountain range
•The faux tree in proportionate scale with nearby trees in the neighborhood,
screens the WCF antennas and associated appurtenances,and provides the
ability for future collocation.
Recommendation
Staff recommends approval of the Crown Castle WCF, (File No. LUA21-
000203, CU-H, SA-H) Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan Review subject
to the nine (9) conditions contained in the staff report.
