Notice is hereby given that the City of Renton has accepted the following proposal for review:
Docket 16 – Group E: Code Interpretations
LUA22-000058, ECF
Location: Citywide. The applicant is requesting Environmental (SEPA) Review to review for the following
non-project items: #D-207 Code Interpretations: CI-149 Downtown Window Transparency, CI‐150:
Preschools and Permissibility, CI-151: Slotted Drain Requirement, CI‐153: Administrative Fees for School
Impact Fees, CI-159: Open Space Measurement, CI-162: Setbacks Required from Alley, CI-166: Design
Requirement Applicability for Non-Conforming Structures, CI‐167: Secondary Front Yards for Residential
Accessory Structures, and CI‐169: Townhome Development in the RMF Zone.
Comments on the above application must be submitted in writing by 5:00 PM on March 16, 2022. Please

to: City of Renton, CED, Attn: Planning Division, 1055 South Grady Way, Renton, WA 98057. Please include
the Land Use file number (LUA) or project address in your comments. Anyone who submits written
