The applicant is requesting Environmental (SEPA) Review to review for the following non-project items: #D-207 Code Interpretations: CI-149 Downtown Window Transparency, CI‐150: Preschools and Permissibility, CI-151: Slotted Drain Requirement, CI‐153: Administrative Fees for School Impact Fees, CI-159: Open Space Measurement, CI-162: Setbacks Required from Alley, CI-166: Design Requirement Applicability for Non-Conforming Structures, CI‐167: Secondary Front Yards for Residential Accessory Structures, and CI‐169: Townhome Development in the RMF Zone. Comments on the above application must be submitted in writing by 5:00 PM on March 16, 2022. Please submit comments online at https://cutt.ly/SQvBak4.
