SHALL BE INSTALLED PRIOR TO RECORDING OF THE SHORT PLAT, THE LANDSCAPING REQUIRED ON THE INDIVIDUAL LOTS WOULD BE REQUIRED

RIGHT-OF-WAY. DRAFT COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, AND RESTRICTIONS (CC & RS) SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE CITY FOR REVIEW AND
APPROVAL PRIOR TO THE RECORDING OF THE SHORT PLAT.
J. ANY PROPOSAL TO SUBSTITUTE STORMWATER PONDS, IN LIEU OF THE PROPOSED STORMWATER VAULTS SHALL BE CONSIDERED AND REVIEWED
AS A MAJOR AMENDMENT TO THE PRELIMINARY SHORT PLAT APPROVAL AND THE 15-FOOT WIDE LANDSCAPE STRIP WOULD BE REQUIRED
AROUND THE FULL PERIMETER OF THE POND, OUTSIDE OF ANY REQUIRED FENCING.
