J. ANY PROPOSAL TO SUBSTITUTE STORMWATER PONDS, IN LIEU OF THE PROPOSED STORMWATER VAULTS SHALL BE CONSIDERED AND REVIEWED

6. ACCESS FOR LOTS 4 AND 5 SHALL BE TAKEN OFF OF THE SHARED DRIVEWAY TRACT (TRACT A). A NOTE TO THIS EFFECT SHALL BE

7. THE OWNERSHIP AND MAINTENANCE OF THE SHARED DRIVEWAY TRACT SHALL BE PROVIDED BY THE FUTURE HOMEOWNERS OF LOTS 2-5.
