PROPOSAL: The proposal is to place a gas kiln hut adjacent to
an existing single family residence located within the shoreline master program designation for
the Cedar River. The structure would be 12 square feet in size with a metal hood and vent
system. The structure is proposed to be located a distance 112 feet from the ordinary high
water of the Cedar River. Included with the proposal is the placement of a 250-gallon, above
ground propane tank immediately adjacent to the proposed structure.

NOTE: kiln unit w/gas piping and exhaust system now installed and functioning in
Seattle. The kiln and accessories to be moved to proposed site.
7. Hedge(arbor vartae)fencing to be planted to block view of project from
neighbor and street.
