Kejriwal Lift
The proposed project is to install a new boat lift for Christina and Anup Kejriwal at 4125
Williams Ave North in Renton Washington. A shoreline substantial development permit
and environmental review are required from the City of Renton. The project site and
adjacent properties are zoned as R-10. The site is on the shoreline of Lake Washington.
The shoreline is armored with a concrete bulkhead. The existing pier is a community
pier. The boat lift will be located approximately 128’ waterward of the ordinary high
water mark on the south side of the pier. The boat lift will be 10’-9” wide by 13’-5” long.
The bunk of the boat lift will extend 18” above the ordinary high water mark and the lift
will sit on the lake bed of Lake Washington on foot pads that are 12” by 18”. The lake
bed consists mostly of sand and gravel where the lift will be located. No dredging, fill, or
excavation will be done for the project. The estimated fair market value of the project is
$18,000.
