The 2 foot by 3 foot signs feature black lettering on a reflective white background. Signs will take approximately 2-4 weeks to manufacture and will be delivered to your organization by DOC. Installation of the sign(s) is up to the purchaser. Signs cost $29 and are limited to municipal and non-profit organizations. Please do not include payment with this form. A receipt and bill will be sent to each organization when your form is received.
