The Environmental Review Committee has issued a Determination of Non-Significance (DNS)
for the following project under the authority of the Renton municipal code.
2017 RMC Title IV Docket 12, Group A
LUA17-000066
Location: Citywide. 2017 RMC Title IV Docket 12 Group A includes the following items:
#D-128 Pet Daycare; #D-129 Renton Municipal Arts Commission; #D-130 Low Intensity
Commercial; #D-131 Tree Retention and Land Clearing Regulations; #D-132 Projections
into Setbacks; and #D-133 Administrative Code Interpretations.
Appeals of the DNS must be filed in writing on or before 5:00 p.m. on March 10, 2017.
Appeals must be filed in writing together with the required fee with: Hearing Examiner c/o
City Clerk, City of Renton, 1055 S Grady Way, Renton, WA 98057. Appeals to the Hearing
Examiner are governed by RMC 4-8-110 and more information may be obtained from the
Renton City Clerk's Office, 425-430-6510.
