CriteriaforModificationoftheResidentialDesignStandardsRentonMunicipalCode,section4-2-115,listselementsthatarerequitedtobeincludedinallresidentialdevelopmentinthezonesstatedinsubsectionBofthisSection.Eachelementincludesbothstandardsandguidelines.Standardsareprovidedforpredictability.Thesestandardsspecifyaprescriptivemannerinwhichtherequirementcanbemet.Guidelinesforeachelementareprovidedforflexibility.Theseguidelinesprovidedirectionforthosewhoseektomeettherequiredelementinamannerthatisdifferentfromthestandards.a.ThedeterminationastothesatisfactionoftherequirementthroughtheuseoftheguidelinesistobemadebytheCommunityandEconomicDevelopmentAdministratorwhennootherpermitorapprovalrequiresHearingExaminerreview.b.Whenithasbeendeterminedthattheproposedmannerofmeetingthedesignrequirementthroughguidelinesissufficient,theapplicantshallhavesatisfiedthatdesignrequirement.I,theundersigned,declareunderpenaltyofperjuryunderthelawsoftheStateofWashington,thattothebestofmyknowledgetheaboveinformationistrueandcomplete.ApplicantDate:)‘ü
