Fire sprinkler shall be installed as you stated in all three new proposed homes. Place a note to that effect on the face of the first page of the plans when you submit these for review. The requirement for a turnaround is also waived. Again, we want to reduce the access tract width and impervious surfaces, and make the lots as big as possible to make sure we meet minimum lot areas/dimensions.
