Clarification of Cluster Development
We would like to clarify that we intended for this proposed short plat to be reviewed as a cluster
development (RMC 4-2-110D.10) with its reduced lot area and open space requirements. The open
space tract we are proposing (Tract A 6,715 sq-ft) is 30% of the parcel area after the 1.5’ of frontage
dedication was deducted (22,382 sq-ft).
