Definition of Treatments:
Cabling - Installation of Tree Cable Support System for the purpose of supporting weak crotches and/or dangerous limbs. Through rods or other
forms of hardware may be utilized.
Crown Reduction - Prune to reduce both height and spread of the canopy by removing the end portion of the branches with reduction cuts.
Crown reduction makes a tree smaller and to be used in such cases where the tree may be too large for its space, or for aesthetic purposes.
Includes any necessary clearance away from buildings and/or structures. Will not prune within 10 ft of overhead power lines.
NO PARKING SIGNS REQUIRED - In order to service this tree, it is imperative that no parking signs be set out and enforced so that this work
can be performed safely and smoothly.
Notes For Clients - This "treatment" is to make notes on the individual, specified tree visible for clients and to be disregarded by the crew.
Level I - Clearance Pruning - Clearance pruning shall include removal of branches to provide a minimum of 3 feet from building/structures, 8
feet over sidewalks, and 8 feet from roofs, 14 feet over roadways. Will not prune if tree is within 10 ft of power lines.
