While onsite the following was observed: Wall Excavation Slope Stability Observations: ESNW rep arrived onsite at the Weatherly Inn development to observe and document slope conditions within the onsite wall excavation within the center of the development. The wall contractor was observed to be working within the excavation following the concrete pour and removing wall from boards. The slopes of the excavation were observed to be stable and unchanging in its current temporary configuration, however it is the responsibility of the contractor to perform all necessary safety measures in accordance with state and federal regulations. It is recommended that the contractor inform ESNW if any changes in the slope conditions occur. It is further recommended that the contractor repair any sloughing or damaged plastic sheeting when it occurs or is observed to prevent disturbance of the over-steepened slopes.
