No comments were received via email/phone prior to or immediately following the scheduled Neighborhood Meeting. Attending the meeting will be via Microsoft Teams. Below is the virtual meeting log in information. The Jefferson Highlands project proposes a Unit Lot Subdivision for a total of eighteen (18) townhomes. The townhouses are organized in three (3) six-unit blocks; six (6) units are located along Kirkland Avenue and twelve (12) units abut Jefferson Avenue. A Vicinity map is shown below, and site plan is on the back of this page. The intent of this meeting is to facilitate an informal discussion between the project developer and the neighbors regarding the project. While required by the City of Renton, this meeting is not conducted by the City of Renton and is in addition to any future public hearing or public comment opportunities available under City of Renton development review processes.
