The City of Renton’s Department of Community and Economic Development (CED) has received an application for
a Preliminary Plat, Unit Lot Subdivision, Site Plan Review, Conditional Use Permit, Environmental (SEPA) Review,
and a street modification for 18 townhomes located at 1518 Jefferson Ave NE; 1524 Jefferson Ave NE; 1526
Jefferson Ave NE; 1513 Kirkland Ave NE; and 1515 Jefferson Ave NE (APNs 722780-1555, -1560, and -1485). Please
see the enclosed Re-Notice of Application for further details.
In order to process this application, CED needs to know which Renton schools would be attended by children living
in residences at the location indicated above. Please fill in the appropriate schools on the list below and return
this letter to my attention by emailing me at cclose@rentonwa.gov or mailing to City of Renton, CED, Planning
Division, 1055 South Grady Way, Renton, Washington 98057, by March 1, 2022.

Middle School: McKnight Middle School Bus Stop Location: N/A (Walk Zone)
High School: Hazen High School Bus Stop Location: Kirkland Ave NE & NE 16th St
