DATE OF EXPIRATION: April 12, 2011
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Applicant proposes to construct two (2) additional
model home sites, in addition to one existing model home, within the as-yet unrecorded plat of
Benson Trails (aka: Sandhu). One model home is currently being constructed on what will be
Lot 13. The two additional model homes would be constructed on either proposed Lot 1, 4, or
12. Access to the model homes would be provided from SE 184th Street by the new paved street
with cul-de-sac (121st Place SE) within the proposed plat.
The following Benson Trails Model Home Temporary Use Permit is hereby approved and
subject to the following conditions:
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1. A total of two additional model homes may be constructed with one home on proposed
Lot 1 and one home on proposed Lot 4. The proposed models are subject to all applicable
development regulations, standards, and codes.
2. A separate combination building permit is required for each of the model homes.

3. If the proposed plat is not recorded, the model homes must be removed and the site
restored.

APPEALS: Appeals of permit issuance must be filed with the City of Renton Hearing Examiner
by 5:00 p.m. on April 26, 2010. Appeals must be filed in writing, together with the required fee
to the City of Renton Hearing Examiner, City of Renton, 1055 South Grady Way, Renton, WA
98057. City of Renton Municipal Code Section 4-8-110 governs appeals to the Hearing
Examiner. Additional information regarding the appeal process may be obtained from the
Renton City Clerk’s Office, (425) 430-6510.
