It gave me shorter time to respond. However, I always managed to send my response before the due date. On the first Finding of Violation on March 01, 2022, I mailed out my appeal letter on the 12th. I didn’t see any response to that letter. About 2 weeks later, I received a second Finding of Violation with higher fine and including the appeal letter. Again, I sent out the appeal letter on the 24th. Because there is no contact on the appeal to check for process so couple days later, I called Jason Churchill and left messages twice but I didn’t receive a call back. I don’t think my appeal untimely. Please understand that and help me resolve this issue.
