Proposed construction dates:
Summer 2022 – Winter 2023
Hours and days of operation:
Per RMC 4-4-030C(3b), multi-family construction activities near residential areas
shall be restricted to the hours between seven o’clock (7:00) a.m. and eight o’clock
(8:00) p.m., Monday through Friday. Work on Saturdays shall be restricted to the
hours between nine o’clock (9:00) a.m. and eight o’clock (8:00) p.m. No work shall
be permitted on Sundays.
Proposed Haul Routes:
Proposed haul route will be SE 156th Avenue SE/SE 142nd Place/154th Place SE to
SR 169 to I-405.
Measures to be implemented to minimize dust, traffic, and transportation impacts, erosion,
mud, noise, and other noxious characteristics:
In dry weather. water trucks shall be used to settle dust. In wet weather, best-
management-practices including silt fence, interceptor swales, and settling pond
shall be implemented per the 2017 City of Renton Surface Water Design Manual.
Any special hours proposed for construction or hauling:
None proposed.
Preliminary traffic control plan:
Will be provided prior to civil construction permit.
