To Whom It May Concern:
This letter summarizes the results of our inspections for the Retaining Walls Construction at the above referenced address in
Renton, WA. Construction of this project was performed by the general contractor AAA Contractors. JECB was hired by
Sound Building and Construction to perform all inspections for the above mentioned project. All inspections were scheduled
by AAA Contractors. All inspections were performed in accordance with the International Building Code (IBC), Chapter 17
and ASTM Standards.
All work inspected by JECB was found to conform to the approved job-site plans and to be in accordance with the jobsite
specifications for the above referenced project. All/any corrective action notices, field engineering corrections, or RFI’s,
pertaining to inspections as described in IBC Chapter 17, received by JECB have been corrected.
All copies of inspection results were previously submitted.
