WARRANTY: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
CONCRETE TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION warrants that the products ordered by
AAA Contractors Inc. for the Cristelle Ridge Detention Vault in Renton, Washington
shall be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and proper service
for a period of (1) year beginning September 9, 2020. Purchaser shall give Concrete
Technology a reasonable opportunity to inspect and repair any alleged defects in
materials. This warranty does not apply to the service life of wearing parts.
THESE WARRANTIES ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR ANY
PURPOSE, AND SHALL NOT APPLY TO ANY PRODUCTS WHICH HAVE BEEN
SUBJECTED TO MISUSE, NEGLECT, OR ACCIDENT, WHETHER BY
PURCHASER OR OTHERWISE.
