Dig, tunnel or perform other forms of construction activities on the property which would disturb the compaction or unearth Grantee's public road or public utilities, or endanger the lateral support facilities; or v. Blast within fifteen (15)feet of the Easement Area;or vi. Erect fences in such a way as to prevent access by the Grantee's vehicles to the Grantee's public road or public utilities. The rights contained within this easement shall run with the land and inure to, and be for the benefit of, Grantor and Grantee, their successors and assigns.
