(LUA14-001475). THE MINOR MODIFICATION APPLICATION SHALL BE SUBMITTED AND
DECISION ISSUED PRIOR TO THE APPLICANT SUBMITTING THE ADMINISTRATIVE SITE
PLAN REVIEW APPLICATION FOR THIS RESPECTIVE PHASE OF THE MASTER PLAN.
THE MINOR MODIFICATION APPLICATION SHALL BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE 25.
