NOTES:
1. ALL EARTHWORK SHALL BE PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH
THE PROJECT GEOTECHNICAL REPORT PREPARED BY EARTH
SOLUTIONS NW, LLC, DATED JANUARY 29, 2018.
2. SUBGRADES SHALL BE OBSERVED AND TESTED BY THE
PROJECT GEOTECHNICAL CONSULTANT PRIOR TO PLACEMENT OF
FILL, BASE COURSES, OR FOUNDATION FORMS AND
REINFORCING.
3. STRUCTURAL FILL SHALL BE PLACED IN UNIFORM LAYERS NOT
EXCEEDING 12 INCHES IN THICKNESS AND COMPACTED TO A
MINIMUM OF 95% OF THE SOIL MAXIMUM DRY DENSITY
ACCORDING TO ASTM D-695 (MODIFIED PROCTOR). THE
PROJECT GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER SHALL INSPECT AND
APPROVE THE PREPARED SUBGRADE PRIOR TO FILL PLACEMENT.
4. ON -SITE SOILS MAY BE USED FOR STRUCTURAL FILL ONLY IF
VISUALLY INSPECTED AND APPROVED BY THE PROJECT
GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER. ON -SITE SOILS SHALL BE FREE OF
ORGANIC MATERIAL AND COMPACTED PER THE REQUIREMENTS
OF NOTE 3 ABOVE.
5. ROADWAY CONTOURS ARE SHOWN HERE FOR REFERENCE. SEE
ROAD AND STORM DRAINAGE PLANS FOR ROAD GRADING AND
SECTIONS.
6. REFER TO LANDSCAPE PLANS FOR WALL TYPES AND
MATERIALS.
7. BUILDING FINISH FLOOR ELEVATIONS ARE SHOWN FOR
REFERENCE ONLY. SEE ARCHITECT'S PLANS FOR FINAL
ELEVATIONS.
9. CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY EXISTING GRADES AND NOTIFY
ENGINEER OF ANY DISCREPANCY PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION.
