spaces, subject to the City's approval, in the event the present lease with the City Of Seattle,
allowing use of the adjacent property for parking and access, is revoked. Taco Time will either
provide on site additional parking or establish a new off -site agreement to provide the minimum
number of parking spaces necessary for the City's approval. If adequate on -site parking cannot
be provided or acceptable off -site parking retained, the situation will be remedied by the
demolition of, the reconfiguration of, or the change of use of, one or more of the existing,
buildings. This parking agreement shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be binding
