Insert the recording number of the Declaration of Tree Retention, Maintenance and Repair Covenant in the blank line in Plat Notes (5th paragraph down) of the final short plat plan Record the Declaration of Covenant and Easement for Inspection and Maintenance of Drainage Facilities and On-site BMPs. Insert the recording number of the Declaration of Covenant in the blank line in Plat Notes (6th paragraph down) of the final short plat plan. Record the Declaration of Restrictive Covenant. Insert the recording number of the Declaration of Restrictive Covenant in the blank line in Plat Notes (7th paragraph down) of the final short plat plan. Record the Limelite Final Short Plat (LUA14-001083). Insert the recording number of the final short plat in the Recorder box in the final short plat plan. Please have the Courier take these documents via: 4-hour service 10:00 AM deadline. A check in the amount of $17.06 is attached. According to Finance, the King County recording fees for this and all subsequent plat recordings should be charged to account # 000.000000.007.558.51.49.003. Please call me if you have any questions.
