Please see the attached letter from shelters and rescues that serve the King County area regarding Docket #194. Puppy
selling stores are placing an undue burden on their organizations by selling puppies to families who may be unable to
afford their care and ultimately end up surrendering them to a shelter or rescue and by selling unaltered dogs to
individuals who may go on to breed their dog with no plan for the puppies.
Please forward this letter to the entire Planning Commission.
