To Whom This May Concern,
First of all, I would like t0 introduce myself. My name is Carlos Pedraza, and I am a Puppy Adoption Specialists Manager
with Puppyland. As a specialist, it is my responsibility to educe customers on the breeds they are interest in taking
home/guiding them to the breeds that fit their lifestyle the best, how to properly care for a puppy when taking a new
family member home, how to properly exercising the puppy from home/scheduling their playtime routines in store, most
importantly making sure our babies are being placed in life-long forever homes, and the owners are being set up for
success. I will also always go above and beyond and be there for our families if they need additional guidance once they
take them home, by offering support for training and other tips once they take their new family member home.
We are a puppy store like no other in the industry. Customers even say, "It is unbelievable how different Puppyland is from
the puppy stores of years ago." We send our customer home with all the necessary paperwork they need: Pedigrees (A
four Generation family tree/lineage), Registration, OFA Parent Testing Certificates, and exam from local vet clearing the
puppy fir for sale/deeming them healthy.
We go over EVERYTHING IN DETAIL, getting a puppy from us is a thorough quick process. We go over feeding
schedules, potty training, and even give recommended tips to keep the puppy in the happiest and healthiest. Furthermore,
if a customer is using our payment plans, it is my responsibility to make sure the customer is 100% aware of their
agreements and everything is gone over in detail. Puppy Payments are here to help our customers :) Like I mentioned
before, at any point, a customer can opt out of taking the puppy if they are not agreeing with anything in the process or
feeling overwhelmed.
We love this industry, and we will continue to make the change that has been necessary in our industry. We truly do care.
