Hello Renton City Council Members,
In consideration of the Humane Pet Store Ordinance that is soon to be considered by the
Planning & Development Committee of the Renton City Council, I am including these
recent comments...all 18 pages, 125 comments from Renton Residents on the NextDoor
forum.
The general consensus is dismay that Puppyland is sourcing puppy mill puppies to sell to
local residents at high prices and interest rates of reportedly almost 36% in some
cases.
Puppy Mill Free WA and Bailing Out Benji have written documentation showing their
sources (puppy mill brokers and puppy mills), which I would be happy to send on
request.
