To whom it may concern,
I started working for Puppyland February of 2019. My employment began when I took a position as a sales associate. I
am now a manager solely dedicated to following up with customers to ensure that they are happy and their puppy is
healthy and adapting well to their new home. I often provide additional information and resources to aid those who may
need it when training their new puppy. It's very important for me to hear customer experiences not only with their
puppy but their overall in store experience. I take a lot of pride working for Puppyland as I have seen first hand the great
joy a new healthy puppy can bring to a family. We have the privilege to share life long memories and share customers'
pup‐dates and puppy pictures on our facebook. I look forward to having one on one conversations with our customers
every day and offer them peace of mind that we have their pups best interest at heart. We offer the community a
responsible and transparent place to find a new addition for their family.
