Mr. Marshall,
Please reflect on the issues of the banning puppy Mills in our city of Renton. No pet stores should be allowed to sell pets
from breakers like this when there are countless homeless pets in our area. Pass the ordinance to make the process of
puppy Mills illegal so more innocent animals are not mistreated, abandoned and put to death. This is a simple ask and
need for animal rights.
