Hi there,
I am a Renton citizen and I am writing today to ask you to vote in favor of a humane
ordinance that would prevent pet stores from partnering with commercial breeders to sell
unaltered puppies and kittens in our city. Not only would this stop the puppy mill to pet
store pipeline in our city, but it would protect my neighbors from potentially buying sick
puppies and getting locked into predatory loans with high-interest rates.
