Thank you so much for taking my telephone
call today. I informed you that I participated in the proceedings for the DEBAR plat (Woodhaven neighborhood) That
process required 28 feet of roadway width in the area of NE 28th Street that the Mangat short plat frontage abuts, with
8 feet of parking and 20 feet of unobstructable emergency vehicle access width. Unfortunately, the road was never
widened in the area occupied by the large fir trees across the street and that the new homes proposed would
undoubtably be parking right there across from that choke point. I have indicated to you that there may be different
ways of solving the issue and hope this email will clarify my concern.

That’s a great catch. When you sent me the document originally, it was a word document. I opened it to turn it into a
.pdf file and I think the date must have automatically updated when I opened the file. I am not sure where the note on

the bottom is coming from but I assume it is a similar issue. Would you like to send me a .pdf file of your letter so I can
