REMOVE EXISTING FENCING FOR MACHINERY ACCESS AND STORE. 7. BEGIN SITE GRADING, VAULT AND UTILITY INSTALLATION. 8. MAINTAIN TESC FACILITIES IN PROPER OPERATING CONDITION DURING ALL PHASES OF CONSTRUCTION. RELOCATE TESC FACILITIES AS NEEDED AS CONSTRUCTION PROGRESSES. 9. COMPLETE ONSITE INSTALL OF DETENTION VAULT AND INSTALL LANDSCAPING. STABILIZE ALL EXPOSED AREAS. 10. REPLACE STORED FENCING. 11.
