Hi, Rob. Would building require a geotechnical report for the Brown Bear Canopy (LUA22-000099) at time of building permit
review because it's within a High Seismic Hazard Area?

We do not require a geotech report if the engineer can keep the footing soil bearing capacity at 1500 psf or less. The engineer
should be able to design for our seismic zone at that soil bearing capacity.
