The following briefly describes the application and the necessary Public Approvals. See also https://cutt.ly/VGWi4km PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The applicant is requesting Environmental (SEPA) Review for the following non- project item: #D-208-This update is driven by the requirement to adopt a manual equivalent to the 2019 Ecology Stormwater Management Manual for Western Washington. In the last update, Renton adopted the King County Stormwater Design Manual with amendments. Because the current updates are not substantial, the updates will be directly to our manual rather than adopting a new manual and amending it. An example of the updates is to define duplexes as single-family and clarifying which types of stormwater facilities are prohibited w ithin aquifer protection areas.
