PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT
(FOR GREATER SEATTLE AREA ONLY)
THIS IS INTENDED TO BE A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT – PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY
_______________________________________(hereinafter “Owner(s)”), and Prime
Metropolis Properties, Inc. (hereinafter “Agent(s)”) – Washington Real Estate broker,
agree as follows:
I.The Owner employs and grants Agent(s) the exclusive right to rent, lease, and
manage the property known as __________________________________________
_____________(“Property”) upon the terms hereinafter set forth, for the period of
one year commencing ________________________ and terminating on
______________________. On the expiration date for the first and successive years
if neither party has given thirty (30) days written notice to terminate, this agreement
is automatically extended for an additional year. In the event of the insolvency
and/or involuntary assignment to creditors, and/or bankruptcy of the owner and/or
the foreclosure of the owner’s interest in the property, the Agent(s) may terminate
immediately this Agreement, without any further obligations.
Agency Disclosure:Washington State Law requires all Real Estate Licensees to
disclose to all parties whom they represent.You are hereby advised that all agents
of Prime Metropolis Properties,Inc.are agents of the Property Owner.Owner
acknowledges receipt of the Agency Law Pamphlet.

II.AGENT(S) SHALL:
A.Use diligence in the performance of this contract.
B.Setup online payment option for tenants.
C.Follow up with tenants for missing documents with the management file such as

VIII.Legal Representation: The parties warrant that each has obtained legal counsel or
had a reasonable opportunity to seek the advice of counsel in connection with this
Agreement.
IX.If it shall become necessary for Agent(s) or Owner(s) to give notice of any kind, such
notice shall be written, and served, by signing such notice by certified mail to the
address shown under their signature.
X.This agreement shall be binding upon the successors of the Agent(s), and the heirs,
administrators, executors, successors and assigns of the Owner(s).
XI.Parties acknowledge having read the foregoing prior to execution and receipt
duplicate original.
