MINIMUM TREE REQUIREMENTS: 2A ALL TREES SHALL BE LISTED ON THE CITY OF RENTON "APPROVED TREE LIST." 2.1 INTERIOR PARKING LOTS, PERIMETER PARKING LOTS, STREET TREES AND REPLACEMENT TREES: 2 IN. DIA. MIN. 2.3 STREET TREE SPACING: 30 FT. O.C. 2.4 ONE TREE SHALL BE PLANTED FOR EVERY SIX PARKING SPACES WITHIN THE INTERIOR LOT. ALL LANDSCAPE AREAS SHALL HAVE ADEQUATE DRAINAGE. EXISTING TREE PROTECTION NOTES: 1. PRIOR TO DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE TREE PROTECTION MEASURES IN ACCORDANCE WITH RMC 4.4.130.H FOR ALL EXISTING TREES SHOWN TO BE SAVED. REFER TO CIVIL PLANS FOR TREE PROTECTION LOCATIONS, DETAILS, AND SPECIFICATIONS. 2. A CERTIFIED ARBORIST OR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT SHALL MONITOR THE CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES THAT ARE NECESSARY WITHIN THE TREE DRIPLINES. 3.
