ME FOLLOWING IS A LISTING OF GENERAL NOTES THAT SHALL BE INCORPORATED IN THE DRAINAGE PENN SET. 15. BUILDINGS AND OTHER STRUCTURES SHALL. BE PLACED IN ACCORDANCE MM TABLE 4.1 EASEMENT WIDTHS
ALL THE NOTES ON THE LIST MAY NOT PERTAIN TO EVERY PROJECT THE APPLICANT OR OWNER, HEIRDBY AND BUILDING SETBACKS LINES OF ME RENTON SWDM.
REFERRED TO AS APPLICANT, MAY STRIKE OUT IRRELEVANT NOTES IF NOT APPLICABLE TO ME PROJECT.
HOWEVER, THE APPLICANT SHALL NUT RENUMBER NOR EDIT THE REMAINING NOTES. IF ADDITIONAL NOTES ME
NEEDED FOR SPECIFIC ASPECTS, THU SHALL BE ADDED AFTER THE SURFACE WATER STANDARD PEAK NOTES.

MUNICIPAL CODE (RMI AND THE STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS FOR READ, BRIDGE AND MUNICIPAL
CONSTRUCTION PREPARED BY WSDOT AND ME AMERICAN PUBLIC WORKS ASSOCIATION (APWA). IT SHALL BE
ME SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE APPLICANT TO CORRECT MY ERROR, OMISSION OR VARIATION FROM THE
MORE REQUIREMENTS FOUND IN THE PEAKS. ALL CORRECTORS SHALL BE AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO ME
CITY.

SPECIFICATIONS. IN PERMEABLE PAVEMENT AND OTHER INFILTRATION AREAS, ALL TRENCH BACKFILL SHALL BE
FIRM AND UNYIELDING BUT IN NO CASE SHALL BE COMPACTED TO MORE MAN 92% OF MAMMON CRY
DENSITY
9L OPEN CLUING OF EXISTING ROADWAYS FOR STORM DRAINAGE WORK IS NOT ALLOWED UNLESS SPECIFICALLY
APPROVED BY THE CITY AND NOTED ON THESE APPROVED PLAINS. ANY OPEN CUT SHALL BE RESTORED IN
ACCORDANCE WITH ME CITY TRENCH RESTORATION SCANDARDS.
10� ALL PIPE AND STRUCTURES SHALL BE STAXED FOR SURVEY LINE AND GRACE PRIOR TO THE START OF
CONSTRUCTOR. WHERE SHOWN ON THE PLANS OR WHERE DIRECTED BY THE CITY, THE EXISTING MANHOUES,
CATCH BASINS, OR INLETS SHALL BE ADJUSTED TO THE GRADE AS SEEMED.

SHALL INCLUDE NECESSARY LEVOING OF THE TRENCH B070M OR THE TOP OF THE FOUNDATION RATERAL,
AS WELL AS PLACEMENT AND COMPACTOR OF REQUIRED BEDDING MATERIAL TO UNIFORM GRADE So THAT
ME ENTIRE LENGTH OF THE PIPE WILL BE SUPPORTED ON A UNIFORMLY DENSE, UNYIELDING BASE. ALL PIPE
BEDDING AND BACKMILL SHALL BE AS SHOWN ON THE CITY STANDARD PLAIN 220.00, 220.10, AND 220.20,

STREET TRAWL LANE WHEEL PATH, INTERSECTIONS OF STREET TRAVEL DOES, BIKE JANES, SIDEWALKS, AND
CROSSWALKS SHALL BE AVOIDED WHENEVER POSSIBLE. ANY SURFACE APPURTENANCE PLACED IN A SIDEWALK
