THE FOLLOWING WAS NOTED:
Lot 6 ADU Building Foundation Subgrade, Permit #B21005537:
AESI was onsite at 7:45am this morning to observe the finished backfill for the Lot 6, ADU building foundation. Upon our
arrival, we met with Mark Seek of Tiger Mountain Homes. Footing corners were not staked yet.
Previously, we observed the 3 to 5-foot-deep, over-excavated building area to consist of suitably firm, native soil or
previously documented structural fill. The contractor reported to place and compact a layer of 2 to 4- inch concrete
recycle (spalls) followed by the 1.25-inch minus, concrete recycle. In our opinion, the compacted concrete recycle
materials placed over the firm, native soil will provide suitable foundation support of 1,500 psf, per plan.
