STANDARD PLAN 116.1. CONCRETE FOUNDA TION AND ASSOCIA TED JUNCTION BOX PER STD
DETAIL AND LUMINAIRE POLE SCHEDULE.
2. INSTALL ELECTRICAL SERVICE CABINET # XXX PER DETAILS COORDINATE WITH C.O.R. ERIC
CUTSHALL, TRANSPORTATION OPERATIONS MAINTENANCE MANAGER 425-430-7423 FOR
SERVICE INSPECTION. CONNECTION TO BE MADE BY THE CONTRACTOR AFTER INSPECTION.
LABEL STREET FACING SIDE OF CONTACTOR CABINET WITH ADDRESS LOCATION
FOLLOWING COR STD PLAN 122.1.
J. INSTALL TYPE 1 JUNCTION BOX WITH CONCRETE PAD FOLLOWING COR STD PLAN 120.
4. STREET LIGHTING SUBMITTALS SHALL BE SENT TO CITY FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL
PRIOR TO ANY PURCHASE OR INSTALLATION.
5. ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR TO CONTACT CITY CONSTRUCTION INSPECTOR FOR INSPECTION
OF POLE FOUNDATIONS, BASE BOLTS, AND CABINET FOUNDATION.
6. CONTRACTOR TO CONTACT TRANSPORTATION MAINTENANCE MANAGER FOR STREET
LIGHTING COMPLIANCE TO STANDARDS INSPECTION.
7. FOLLOWING THE TRANSPORTATION MAINTENANCE INSPECTION, THE CONTRACTOR SHOULD
CONTACT THE CITY ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR FOR SERVICE INSPECTION.
8. FOLLOWING THE SERVICE INSPECTION FROM CITY ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR, ELECTRICAL
CONTRACTOR SHOULD SUBMIT APPLICATION TO PSE TO ENERGIZE THE STREETLIGHTING.
9. ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR SHOULD CONTACT THE CITY ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR FOR FINAL
INSPECTION AFTER STREET LIGHTING HAS BEEN ENERGIZED.
