The current location was occupied by Jimmy Johns, which no longer is in
business at this location. The new owners, from MD Physical Therapy have taken over
the lease to expand their physical therapy practice. MD Therapy also leases the suite next
door. The space is vacated and Jimmy Johns has removed all restaurant equipment and
anything else required by the leasing agents. I was approached for this project though
business associates.
Purpose:
The purpose of this project is to allow MD Physical Therapy to create more space
and expand the types of physical therapy they provide
Summary:
The scope of work requested is to create more pass through walk areas between
the different rooms in the space. We want to put a pass through from one suite to another,
no doors. Also a few pass through locations with in the suite itself, again no doors. We
would like to construct a few walls and half walls to create a larger waiting area and
admin area. We will be working with an electrical contractor to work out any electrical
needs based on the pass through. An electrical contractor will be providing permits for
any electrical work needed. My part of the project is to do only light construction to the
current space regarding construction of walls or creating a pass through. No exterior
modification proposed or any modification to any of the facilities in the building.
