HomeMy WebLinkAboutAdden 4  AMENDMENTNO.4TOAGREEMENTFORLEGALSERVICES CAGͲ21Ͳ133 THISAMENDMENT,datedforreferencepurposesonlyasMay5,2022,isbyandbetweenthe CityofRenton(the“City”),aWashingtonmunicipalcorporation,andFosterGarveyPC (“Consultant”).TheCityandtheConsultantarereferredtocollectivelyinthisAmendmentasthe “Parties.”OncefullyexecutedbytheParties,thisAmendmentiseffectiveasofthelastdate signedbybothparties.  Whereas,theCityengagedtheservicesoftheConsultantunderAgreementCAGͲ21Ͳ133,dated May14,2021,toprovidenecessaryservicesfortheLegalServices(referredtohereinasthe “Agreement”);  Whereas,thePartieswishtoamendtheAgreementtochangethecompensation.  NOWTHEREFORE,itismutuallyagreeduponthatCAGͲ21Ͳ133isamendedasfollows: 1.Compensation:Section4,Compensation,isamendedsothatthemaximumamountof compensationpayabletoConsultantisincreasedby$30,000from$90,000to$120,000, plusanyapplicablestateandlocalsalestaxes.Theadditionalcompensationshallbepaid baseduponWorkactuallyperformedaccordingtotherate(s)oramountsspecifiedin ExhibitAoftheAgreement.  2.AlltermsoftheAgreementnotexplicitlymodifiedhereinshallremaininfullforceand effectandsuchtermsshallapplytoWorkperformedaccordingtothisAmendmentasif fullysetforthherein.  INWITNESSWHEREOF,thePartieshavevoluntarilyenteredintothisAmendmentasofthedate lastsignedbythePartiesbelow.
