Description of refueling of construction vehicles that will occur on the site and an inventory
of hazardous materials expected to be temporarily stored, dispensed, used, or handled on the
site.
Response: No construction vehicles are anticipated to refuel at the project site. Hazardous materials
will not be stored, dispensed, used or handled on the site during construction. Project
site is outside of all mapped Aquifer Protection Areas.
b. A description of how the requirements in RMC 4-4-030C7, Construction Activity Standards –
Zones 1 and 2, will be met by the applicant. (Ord. 4851, 8-7-2000; Amd. Ord. 4992, 12-9-2002)
Response: The proposed scope is anticipated to have minimal construction-related impacts. The site
is prepared, with no proposed improvements to non-asphalted areas, thus effectively
removing erosion issues and minimizing hauling requirements. Existing site access points
and vehicle transportation routes will be utilized. Construction activities shall be restricted
to 7am-8pm M-F, 9am-8pm on Saturdays, as required by RMC 4-4-030C7. If hauling is
needed, hours shall be restricted to between 8:30 and 3:30 M-F as required by RMC 4-4-
030C7.
