This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by
both parties.
Please approve the annual maintenance renewal for Bluebeam Studio Prime invoice
Q153924 in the amount of $2,576.34 ($2,340 plus tax) for annual maintenance between
7/22/2022 and 7/21/2023. Multiple departments use this software to integrate
EnerGov electronic plan review into Bluebeam Studio. The original Contract (CAG-20-
496)can be found in Laserfiche.
