EQUIPMENT NOTES
PRIMARY CONTROL POINTS AND ACCESSIBLE MONUMENT POSITIONS WERE
FIELD MEASURED UTILIZING GLOBAL POSITIONING SYSTEM (GPS) SURVEY
TECHNIQUES USING LEICA GS14 GPS/GNSS EQUIPMENT EQUIPMENT.
MONUMENT POSITIONS THAT WERE NOT DIRECTLY OBSERVED USING GPS
SURVEY TECHNIQUES WERE TIED INTO THE CONTROL POINTS UTILIZING LEICA
ELECTRONIC 1201 TOTAL STATIONS FOR THE MEASUREMENT OF BOTH ANGLES
AND DISTANCES. THIS SURVEY MEETS OR EXCEEDS THE STANDARDS SET BY
WACS 332-130-080/090.
NOTES
THE INFORMATION DEPICTED ON THIS MAP REPRESENTS THE RESULTS OF A
SURVEY MADE ON SEPTEMBER 19, 2018 AND CAN ONLY BE CONSIDERED AS
INDICATING THE GENERAL CONDITIONS EXISTING AT THAT TIME.
THIS SURVEY DISCLOSES FACTORS OF RECORD AND ON THE GROUND
AFFECTING THE SUBJECT PROPERTY BOUNDARY, BUT IT DOES NOT PURPORT

DESIGN DATED 06/19/2015. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY THE EXACT
LOCATION, ELEVATION AND SIZE OF EXISTING UTILITIES PRIOR TO
CONSTRUCTION.
2' CONTOURS INTERVAL DERIVED FROM DIRECT FIELD OBSERVATION.
THIS SURVEY MEETS UNITED STATES NATIONAL MAP ACCURACY STANDARDS
FOR VERTICAL ACCURACY OF ONE HALF THE CONTOUR INTERVAL.
THE BOUNDARY AS SHOWN HEREON IS BASED ON THE ALTA/ACSM LAND
TITLE SURVEY BY CORE DESIGN DATED 06/19/2015.
THE TOPOGRAPHIC MAPPING FOR THIS SURVEY ONLY EXTENDS TO THE
NEAREST EDGE OF ROADWAY OF THE SUBJECT PARCEL. THE INFORMATION
GRAPHICALLY SHOWN BEYOND THAT IS BASED ON THE ALTA/ACSM LAND
