one of the Judges of the Superior Court

same as when received: by the County Auditor, and he havinG filed said

the returns, finds from said returns, and from the records of the
County=•uditor, an, the Board of County Com::ls:_ionors, as follows:
1. That said special election was hold under e,nd in accordance
with due il.W Co al notices posted and published as required by law,
said notices setting, forth the purpose of the election, giving a des-
cription of the 'territory sought to be include.: in said town of Renton,

therewith,'that the judges and inspectors of said olcction were electors
of said Town of ReAton,`end were duly apjv ;ted by the -oard of County

9. That the population: of said town of i:enton as sought to be
incorporated, is, as near a:r can be estimated. .500,- that a petition

signed by 63 of the hou2eholders residing within the limits of said
proposed incorporation was presented to the Board of County commis-
sioners asking that said election be called„ said petition prescribing
the boundaries thereof, and having attacked thereto a copy of the
notices posted and published, said published notice bearing the affi-
davit of the publishe* thereto, said petition coring formally before
said Board on the 5th., day of Aug., on which day the 9th.0 day of
Aug., was set for the hearing thereon; that on the 9th., day of lug.,
said petition was granted, andthe Clerk o f the Board was authorized
to five notice as required by law, of said election, said notice to
recite the boundaries of the proposed town of Renton, and giving the
31st-, day of August, as th( day on which said election was tobe hold,
that on said last named date said election was held, and the returns
thereof certified to the Board of County Commissioners,and after a care-
ful canvass of saW returns we the said Canvassing Board do find as
follows:
That all of said proceedings have been in accordance with law,
and that the vote as polled is as set forth in the abstract hereto
O tached and made a part hereof; that a majority of said votes cast
being in favor of said incorporation; -
IT It HEREBY FOU S AND DECLARED, that said election has carried
In favor o' said incorporation, and that said town shall be known as
a Municipal Corporation under the nano ane. style of the "Town of Renton"
and that the following persons having received the highest number of
votes cast at said election are declared to be electeu to their several
offices, and that notice of said election be served on them according
to law..

"Beginning at a point 2160 feet north of corner on east and west
line dividing section 17 and 20, thence south 2160 feet to said a
corner,( th.mce west 2640 feet to section corner of sections 17-18-19
and 20, thence south 660 feet to south line of Wadsworth's -ddition
to Renton, thence west 1300 feet, thence north 12011 feet, thence east
686 feet, thence north 620 fect, thence west 28 deet, thence north
2185 feet, thence west 456 feet, thence north to south bank of Cedar
River, thence following easterly along south bank of Cedar River to p
point of beginning, all being in township 23 N. R. 5 E. W. &i."
ABSTRACT of the vote polled at the Special Flection held in the
Town of Renton for the purpose of submitting to the qualified electors
thereof, the question of incorporating said To.•n of Renton, and of
