PURPOSE
The purpose of this Amendment is add $32,770 to Exhibit II for a new Exhibit II total of $154,967 and
extend the contract end date through December 31, 2022.

B. EXHIBIT CHANGES
1) Exhibit II, Section I is amended to read as follows:
The City of Renton (hereinafter referred to as “the Contractor”) agrees to provide funds to
repair approximately four homes owned by low- to moderate-income households in the City
of Renton, as described in this Exhibit beginning on January 15, 2020, and completing these
services by December 31, 2022. All such activities shall be provided in a manner which fully
complies with all applicable federal, state and local laws, statutes, rules and regulations, as
are now in effect or hereafter may be amended. The total amount of reimbursement
pursuant to this amended Exhibit shall not exceed $154,967 in King County Community

Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds. Federal Award Identification Numbers (FAIN) B19-
