The regular meeting of the Firefighters’ Pension Board was called to order by City Clerk Jason
Seth, at 2:33 p.m. via teleconference. In attendance were Ed Prince, Finance Committee Chair,
City Clerk Jason Seth, and Fire Department Representatives Ray Barilleaux and Bruce Phillips.
Additionally, Sean Hollingsworth, Finance Department Representative was in attendance.

OF THE AUGUST 10, 2020. CARRIED.
MONTHLY STATEMENT
The July, August, and September financial reports were reviewed. Total cash/investment
balance was, as of April 30, 2020, $7,613,067.35.

SUBJECT: Firefighter’s Pension Board Voting Results
An election was conducted to fill the vacancy created by the expiration of Ray Barilleaux’s term as
Renton RFA’s representative on the City of Renton Firemen’s Pension Board.
By unanimous vote, Ray Barilleaux has been re-elected for this two-year term of office effective
from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2022.
