Because of the crltical need for parking on the site It is our intent to have the new parking areas graded, and have the crushed rock placed and compacted. These areas will then be used for overflow parking until they can be paved in the Spring. I understand that there will be added costs to mobilize now and again in the spring. Such added costs shall be added to the contract amount, but shall not exceed 92,500.00. Additionally some extra crushed rock may be required, as well as additional fine grading in the Spring prior to paving. The actual costs of the additional rock and grading will be determined in the Spring. This letter will act as your authorization to proceed, and acknowlrrdgment of the added costs.
