PROJECT NARRATIVE
The purpose of the boundary line adjustment it to complete the process of property
purchase. Applicant, owner of 146340-0017 purchased the portion of 146340-0016 as
shown in the boundary line adjustment map.
a. Project name, size and location of site:
Fattore Boundary Line Adjustment is located at 13815 & 138xx 154th
Ave SE., 98059, Tax Parcels 146340-0016 and 146340-0017. The total
area of the site is 126,711 sq. ft. (gross).
b. Zoning designation of the site and adjacent properties;
The site is zoned R-4. The property to the North, East and West are
zoned R-4.
c. Current use of the site and any existing improvements;
146340-0016 – Single Family Residence, and Shed
146340-0017 – Vacant
d. Special site features (i.e., wetlands, water bodies, steep slopes):
There are no critical areas on the site.
e. Statement addressing soil type and drainage conditions;
AgC (Alderwood gravelly sandy loam.
f. Proposed use of the property and scope of proposed development;
No changes of use are proposed.
g. Proposed off-site improvements (i.e., installation of sidewalks, fire hydrants,
sewer main, etc.);
No offsite improvements proposed.

proposed;
Sewer lines will be installed onsite. Cost will be determined.
