Dear Mr. Baptie:
On April 6, 2012, the Development Services Director denied your application for waiver of the street frontage improvements for a proposed four lot short plat located at 1415 NE 24th
Street. The size of the short plat is sufficient to
a
fee-in-lieu of the installation of offsite improvements consisting of curb, gutter and sidewalk fronting the site in North 24th Street, but denied your request for relief of the 7-foot
right-of-way dedication. The fee for improvements has been calculated as follows:
